All That Remains adalah band Metalcore terkenal yang terbentuk pada tahun 1997 dan berasal dari Springfield, Massachusetts, Amerika Serikat. Band All That Remains telah sukses merilis sembilan album studio dan terjual lebih dari sejuta di seluruh dunia. Awal mula dibentuk, Band ini mempunyai aliran Melodic Death Metal, Phil Labonte, vokalis All That Remains, awalnya vokalis untuk Shadows Fall dan muncul di album klasik Album Somber Eyes to the Sky. Setelah diminta untuk pergi karena "perbedaan musik," Phil terfokus seluruhnya pada ATR, sebuah proyek sampingan yang telah dia kerjakan sebelum pergi. Gaya album ini berbeda dari gaya musik metalcore melodi saat ini yang mereka miliki sejak tahun 2006, dan lebih mencolok mengandung elemen death metal melodi. Album kedua ATR, This Darkened Heart, dirilis pada tanggal 23 Maret 2004, melalui label rekaman Prosthetic. Diproduksi oleh gitaris Killswitch Engage Adam Dutkiewicz, album tersebut menampilkan produksi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pendahulunya. Tiga single yang dilepaskan dari album ini "This Darkened Heart", "The Deepest Gray" dan "Tattered on My Sleeve." Video musik diciptakan untuk ketiganya. This Darkened Heart adalah album pertama dengan gitaris saat ini Mike Martin. Album ketiga All That Remains, The Fall of Ideals, dirilis pada 11 Juli 2006, melalui prostetik. Sekali lagi, album ini diproduksi oleh Adam Dutkiewicz. Album The Fall of Ideals juga dianggap sebagai rilis terobosan band ini, saat memasuki grafik Billboard 200 di nomor 75, menjual hampir 13.000 kopi di minggu pertama. "This Calling" dirilis sebagai single pertama album. Dua video musik dibuat, dengan satu menggabungkan rekaman dari SAW III, juga merupakan lagu utama dari soundtrack film. Sebuah video musik dibuat untuk single kedua album "The Air That I Breathe." Band ini juga merupakan bagian dari Ozzfest 2006.
